Gosh I just rode my bike around the block 1 1/2 times and then came home did sit-ups. Oh my gosh, I can feel the burn!! I would like to do this at least every day if not, every other day. To not only get in shape in general but I want to look great for when we go to Hawaii in May. Hehe, not going for losing pounds or anything just tone.
