My Plan

I just got back from walking really fast around the block. I am so proud of myself for actually following through. I think I will workout everyday, try to cut back on treats, drink more water, and then at the end of every week I will way in and let you know how much I lost, If I did lose any pounds. Anyways, that is my plan and I am sicking with it!!

Walking is an excelet way to shed pounds without killing yourself, and later on you can go crazy at the gym. I was almost 230 at one point, looking like some flabby pilsbury dough boy, very unhappy. Bikining is good, too, if you can find a place to do it without getting in traffic. One of the things I do not look forward to is moving back to the states and not having a good place to bike. A good thing is to find something you enjoy doing, otherwise it will just be work, and you wont stick to it. I like going to they gym in part because there are so many (younger) people there and I draw on their energy...and good music on my ipod helps, too.
